Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note the Cancellation & Refund Policy for Ignite Youth events below.

To initiate a refund or arrange a registration transfer, please contact us.

 

Ignite Conference

 Refund available less $25 administration fee.

Before 30 June:

Before 31 August:

From 1 September:

50% refund available.

No refund available from this date, or for non-attendance at the event, however registrations can be transferred to a new person (see below).


Other Ignite Youth Events

Refund available less 20% administration fee (max fee $25).

Up to 28 days before

50% refund available.   [extended to 2 days before for events under $40]

Up to 14 days before

From 14 days before

No refund available from this date, or for non-attendance at the event, however registrations can be transferred to a new person (see below).


Transferring Registrations

Unless stated otherwise, all Ignite Youth events allow registrations to be transferred to a new attendee.  To transfer a registration, the new attendee needs to complete a registration using a ticket code provided on request.

Please note that a $10 administration fee applies to all transfers, or $40 administration fee after 1 September for Ignite Conference. 


While we understand that circumstances can change after registering for an event, these fees cover the administration required for cancellations and event costs already incurred.
