Ignite Youth delivers high-energy retreat and formation days that are best described as a rally or concert-style experience - bringing the whole cohort together on a powerful shared journey.

Through live music, storytelling, humour, and interactive elements like call-and-response, students are drawn into an engaging, front-led environment where they don’t just listen - they actively participate. Each day is intentionally paced to build toward meaningful moments of prayer and reflection, creating space for a real encounter with Jesus.

With a strong focus on real-world evangelisation, students are equipped with practical ways to live out their faith beyond the retreat - leaving inspired, confident, and ready to bring their faith into everyday life.

Jesus & Me

Jesus & Me is a retreat and formation experience designed to help young people move beyond knowing about Jesus to encountering Him personally. Through engaging talks, prayer, music, and reflective activities, students are invited to explore who Jesus is and what that means for their own lives.

These days are intentionally crafted to make faith real and accessible, meeting students where they are while gently opening them to a life-changing relationship with Jesus. The experience supports schools in nurturing both the spiritual development and personal identity of their students in a relevant, engaging way.

Holy Spirit & Me

Holy Spirit & Me is a retreat and formation experience that invites young people to discover the Holy Spirit as one who is active in their lives and present to them each day.

Through engaging talks, music, prayer, and reflective experiences, students are invited to recognise how the Spirit guides, strengthens, and supports them in daily life and discover the gifts of the Holy Spirit—such as courage, peace, and love.

Friendship & Community

Friendship & Community is a retreat and formation experience that invites young people to build real, life-giving relationships grounded in honesty, encouragement, and faith. In a culture where connection can often feel shallow, students are guided to discover the deeper meaning of authentic community.

Through engaging activities, input, and shared experiences, students are invited to reflect on what makes strong, healthy, and supportive friendships, and grow in honesty, encouragement, and respect in their relationships

These days are designed to help students build meaningful connections, supporting schools in forming young people who feel known, supported, and empowered to grow together in faith and life.
